Employment and Skills
Beanstalk Skills Academy CIC is a Lancashire-based social enterprise helping people build the skills, confidence and experience they need to move forward in life, work and business.
We work with people of all ages and backgrounds, particularly those facing barriers to employment or living in disadvantaged communities.
Through practical workshops, one-to-one mentoring, employability support, work experience and business development, we help people recognise their potential and take positive steps towards their goals.
We work closely with local businesses and community partners to create meaningful opportunities, support people into employment and self-employment, and build stronger communities.
