AK Active is a group personal training studio in Lostock Hall, founded by Adam and Kimberley and running for over seven years.
It's built to feel welcoming rather than intimidating, with the structure and accountability that help people actually stick with it. Progress is tracked properly through InBody scans, regular check-ins and tailored plans, alongside nutrition support.
They also run Little Gym Buddies, post-natal training for new mums, and a trial programme for anyone wanting to give it a go first.
